Proposal Submission

Attendees who wish to present at IRMEC 2025 are invited to submit a 2-page proposal following the conference paper template, which can be downloaded here. Accepted submissions will be published in the conference proceedings (ISBN and DOI).

Please use the following form to upload your proposal and register your participation. The form will ask for your contact details, author information, paper metadata, and the Word and PDF files of your 2-page manuscript.
